About This Blog

Why go on vacation? There are so many worlds to explore right here in my own backyard! A willingness to shift my point of view to scales smaller than humans normally inhabit, I am rewarded with an almost unlimited number of treasures: stunning vistas, exotic creatures, alien beings, epic wars and battles, breathtaking beauty, and a diversity of life I can scarcely imagine. A priceless gift that truly is without price.

This blog is inspired by the many marvels I have already encountered by simply "being" and observing in my garden. It is a record of all the amazing things I continue to find and, while it was begun as a sort of diary for myself, I hope you will enjoy exploring them with me. May you be led to discover and appreciate the worlds your own surroundings hold.
